CIP System

The CIP System has been developed to perform the manual or automatic sanitation of pipes, tanks and equipment involved in processes for the industrialization of food products, taking into account mainly an easy operation, a low operation cost, reliability and a low cost of maintenance.

• The unit can operate with cold or hot cleaning solutions, being the heating with direct or indirect steam.

• The dosage of concentrated cleaning solutions can be done with automatic pumps, managed by system, or manual pumps, obtaining minimal risks in operation.

• Dimensions: Width: 0,60 mts, Long: 3,2 mts, Height: 2,2 mts.
• Capacity: Up to 65.000 LPH.
• Materials: Stainless steel AISI 304L, AISI 316L if corrosive cleaning agents are used.

• Modular plant, with simple installation
  All elements are mounted on a stainless steel structure, the only connections needed are those for services and CIP impulsion and return pipes of the equipment to clean.

  Thanks to its modular design and construction, CIP System can be expanded easily, with no need for long stops of the CIP plant to attach additional lines.

• Efficient use of energy
  The use of a magnetic flowmeter and frequency converter pumps for flow-rate control allows the system to only use the required power for the cleaning of each equipment.

• Optimum cleaning process, minimum costs of chemicals and steam
  Having independent recipes and managed by the operator with access code enables the system to perform accurate and optimal recipe for each equipment to clean, including selecting return parameters, measuring temperature and conductivity and selecting to which tank of the CIP plant it should return, making sure that the use of chemicals and steam are minimum.

  Constant registration of variables (temperature, conductivity and flow-rate) exportable by each cleaning unit, with the possibility to access all the records of the equipment through the ethernet network from the device that the customer defines.
