Conticarb

Conticarb is a continuous mixing system of a liquid line and a CO2 line, mounted on a skid, fully automatic, designed so that it can be easily integrated into any processing unit.
It can generate carbonated beverages with different levels of carbonation on the same system with only needing to select the recipe desired with the required level of carbonation, whether for soft drinks, beers, flavored water, sparkling wines, etc.

• The CO2 mixture is done in line via a high efficiency mixer ensuring 100% dissolution at different flow rates and at different temperature ranges, which also allow it to perform in line CIP without the need to remove any part of the equipment.

• The measurement of CO2 is done at the outlet line, without having to bypass and completely suitable for CIP.

• Flow rates: 5.000 Kg/h to 80.000 Kg/h.
• Carbonation level: up to 10 g/l (final beverage).
• CO2 Analyzer accuracy: + - 0.05 g/l.

• High precision, better performance
  Conticarb is based on mass flow rates measurements of the CO2 line, dosing through flow rate control valve and on the carbonation level feedback in order to achieve a high precision on the final product, and therefore better performance.
  An automatic feedback measurement of the product output compensates the input, in order to obtain high precision during production.

• Modifications control
  The edition of recipes is accessible by authorized operators that allows their creation and/or modification. This allows the simple creation and/or modification of recipes with flexibility. Optionally, it is possible to have a database with the extended history of the elaborations that have been carried out in the system.

• Easy operation
  The process is controlled through the touch-screen provided by the equipment as HMI, from where all the operations can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way. Conticarb has the option to replicate the screen and the operation of the equipment remotely via an installed PC in any area of the plant.

  Thought from its origin to be compatible with in-line CIP and designed to ensure a thorough cleaning.
