TKAseptic has been developed to work as an aseptic buffer before the packing of dairy products and low acidity beverages. The tank is emptied at the end of each production cycle. After a CIP process, the tank is sterilized for a determined amount of time with sanitary steam and then it's chilled by means of treated water forced recirculation, being pressurized at the same time with sterilized air.
- Vertical tank aseptic (torispherical top and bottom) with support feet and treated water forced recirculation chilling.
- Aseptic valve cluster.
- Sanitary steam generation and sterilized air filtering.
- Filling from the bottom of the tank in case of products that generate foam. When it reaches a certain level, the filling is switched to another entry below the level allowing the product extraction from the bottom towards the packing machine.
- The sterilized air pressure in the tank controls outlet flow-rate.
